We're ALL about the details!

D.E.T.A.I.L.S.

People always ask us, "how did you come up with that?!?" AND our answer is always the same, it's all in the details. Most people are under the misconception that in order to have a fabulous event, you need to first come up with a fabulous theme. On the contrary, most of our most amazing work has began with a tiny detail inspiration. It could be a color from a straw, a texture from a linen, a shape from a picture that just sparks a million more tiny ideas that eventually turn out to be an unusually unique theme. So in conclusion ... DETAILS matter!

Here are some pictures to get your creative juices going! :)

DIY Project

For virtually every single event we cover, we end up working on our own DIY projects to enhance the theme for our client. So naturally when we came across this DIY post, we had to share.

These ice cream cones are absolutely adorable and fairly easy to make. You can also use them afterward to decorate a child's room or closet.

So, so, so cute!

You're Never Too Old For The Carnival

I don't know about you, but as a kid one of my most sought after treats at any carnival was COTTON CANDY! It was something about the texture, color and of course taste that made my world all that more pleasant. Now that I'm a tad bit older and acquired a more sophisticated taste, I can't imagine anything better than combing my adulthood with the wonderful memories of my childhood.

See below for one of my favorite Cotton Candy Martini Recipes! Enjoy :)

    • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
    • 1/2 ounce x-rated fusion liqueur
    • 1 ounce cranberry juice
    • pink cotton candy

    Directions:

    1. Put the cotton candy in the martini glass.
    2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
    3. Pour cocktail over the cotton candy, it dissolves instantly so present the glass before pouring.
